IT Director will provide strategic direction and overall management of the business system within a region.  Experience must be strong, solid and must adhere to the highest level of reliability and performance.  Needs to have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with regional and global IT teams.  Project management methodologies experience is a must.  The IT Director will create and maintain all budgets relating to the development of maintenance of the systems and IT Teams.

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience is desirable.  At least 12 years experience in IT and at least 8 in management experience. Industry experience in financial services. Experience in Web based systems and architectures.  Experience with Business Intelligence Architectures.
